CCTTA is proud to announce the
16,000 square feet new extension facility has been completed. The club
directors and the volunteer team have devoted time and effort to
witness the completion of the new extension site. The project cost a
half million dollars and needed seven months to complete renovation.
The site not only provides training and tournaments but also entertainment under one roof. It strengthens multiculturalism among different ethnic communities.
CCTTA is pleased to invite members and guests to join the Opening Ceremony which is to be held on June 13th 2009. Top officials and representatives from three levels of government, Chinese Consulate General of Toronto, Toronto Chinese Business Association, Richmond Hill and Markham Chinese Business Association, Mississauga Chinese Business Association, leaders and representatives from various Chinese communities and the President of the International Table Tennis Federation Mr. Adham Sharara will be guests of honours at the ceremony.
Activities of the June 13th Ceremony:
1. 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.: Free admission for table tennis playing and free lessons for Line Dance.
2. 3:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.: “All You Can Eat BBQ” catered by Star Walk International Buffet.
3. 7:00 p.m.: Exhibition Games perform by representatives of the 2008 Olympics Canadian Table Tennis National Team.
4. 8:00 p.m. to midnight: “ALL YOU CAN DANCE” and “ALL YOU CAN SING”.
All members and guests will be admitted with tickets.
